Educational Requirements:
∎ O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary job responsibility will be to deliver an error free quality product aligned with the process.
∎ Determine accountability for specific implementation, and work with production lead to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to meet the deadlines.
∎ Impower for immediate decision making to meet the appropriate solution.
∎ End to end customers service
∎ Ensure the quality meets the client's expectations.
∎ Reporting monthly KPI performance to the management.
∎ Work on a targeted assumption to ensure fluent revenue generation in the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Qualification:
∎ Excellent computer literacy.
∎ Ability to implement strategic plans to achieve the team's goal.
∎ Fluent in speaking English
∎ Excellent in listening
∎ Conscious in local guide and code
∎ Ability to work in under pressure
∎ Analytical availability
∎ Immediate decision making capability
∎ Positive and enthusiastic attitude
∎ Cross culture awareness
∎ Able to work independently as well as team player
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
