Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of science in Textile, IPE, Apparel manufacturing from public university.
∎ MBA in supply chain from public university/ Post Graduate diploma in supply chain.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive purchase requisition daily and prepare procurement plan addressing the priority.
∎ Ensure purchase of requisite goods/services maintaining the specification, quality, quantity, and budget.
∎ Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, receive status, PI & LC status)
∎ Ensure that the price of the product is competitive and reasonable.
∎ Maintain, updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the Excel.
∎ Collect quotation from different organization, update the price list and make comparative statement (CS) of the quotations to get approval.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
∎ To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Prepare cost estimates and managing budgets for procurement.
∎ Prepare purchase reports as and when required.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age at most 28 years
