Educational Requirements:
∎ For Trainee, Graduate/Post Graduate in Mathematics/Accounting/Finance/English from any reputed University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving order from sales, keep record & segregate to different areas & follow up the production process
∎ Keep communicate with sales & production team to update the production process.
∎ Receive sample quotation & develop with proper instruction.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on the business and market intelligence.
∎ Making Monthly Production Plan Based on Booking & Shipment Date.
∎ Daily Production Analysis & Inform Production Managers if any lack to ensure the On-Time Delivery.
∎ Passing all information from Merchandiser to Production Floor.
∎ Assist in the development of long-term goals and strategic objectives for the organization.
∎ Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.
∎ Analyze budget and business plans to ensure coherence and accuracy.
∎ Team and Business Team to ensure a smooth preparation of budget, business plan and feasibility analysis.
∎ Methods developments & analysis as a side of quality & quantity.
∎ Follow-up the low performing.
∎ Work closely with other team members in order to achieve company goals and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Other works given by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bengali verbally and written.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in MS Excel and E-communication.
∎ Able to work with foreigners.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Garments Accessories
∎ Fresher are Highly Encouraged to Apply for MTO
