Job Responsibilities:
∎ Willingness to visit and manage all of our branches.
∎ Involves in the Corporate and Plant HR operational issues.
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
∎ Provide counseling on policies and procedures
∎ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.
∎ Playing the role of an active team member towards comprehensive business goals.
∎ Gathering market information about competitor product features and offerings.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the superior.
