Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing sales invoices and entering all details on system.
∎ Entering supplier invoices into the system.
∎ Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts.
∎ Ensure the company records/files are properly maintained, updated and safe guarded.
∎ Assist on both Internal & External audits with the required information timely.
∎ Ensure to provide timely and accurate financial reports to management.
∎ Process all head office procurement requests.To monitoring all Purchasing and Administrative Work.
∎ Any others assigned duties and responsibilities as per management decision.
