Job Context:

∎ After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will involve in experiential attachments. At the end of the trainee period the successful candidate will be evaluated again and appointed accordingly in any of our entities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own your program. Speak up, ask questions, and get involved. Execute tasks and projects with accuracy and timeliness as assigned.
∎ To learn, observe and perform as per business requirement and as well as the organizational structure.
∎ To make report based on observations, assigned duties and learning's from business attachments and present it reasonably to the higher authority and related concerned person;
∎ Identify statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, minimize the cost, reducing damages and production standards.
∎ Maintain working relationship with production personnel to establish best practices.
∎ Gain fundamental knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain functions including production planning & scheduling, logistics execution, plant capacity planning & balancing, customer order execution, contracts, data analytics, and other related activities
∎ Working with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive supply chain solutions.
∎ Support overall supply chain cost reductions in the areas of packaging investment, expendable expense, transportation, and handling costs through packaging design without sacrificing part quality or personnel safety
∎ Other duties as assigned

∎ Vigorous problem solving and investigative abilities
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to travel & stay anywhere in Bangladesh
