📢 We Are Hiring | Management Trainee
আমরা এমন Management Trainee খুঁজছি, যিনি আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের Management ও দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবেন এবং একইসাথে Organic & Paid Marketing-এর কাজে সক্রিয়ভাবে যুক্ত থাকবেন।
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
• Daily management & operations-এর কাজ সমন্বয় করা
• Team-এর কাজ Follow-up ও Monitoring করা
• Organic Marketing ও Paid Campaign-এ কাজ করা
• Product, Content ও Marketing নিয়ে Research করা
• Management-এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজগুলো Execute ও Report করা
• Business-এর বিভিন্ন কাজে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী দায়িত্ব নেওয়া
আমরা যাকে খুঁজছি:
দায়িত্বশীল, দ্রুত শেখার মানসিকতা আছে, Communication Skill ভালো এবং নতুন কিছু করার আগ্রহ রয়েছে—এমন একজনকে। Digital Marketing/E-commerce সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে ভালো, তবে শেখার আগ্রহ সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 BDT (Depending on Performance)
প্রথম এক মাস ইন্টানশিপ (স্যালারিঃ নূন্যতম 7000 BDT)
