Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc. Engineering from any reputed Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Design, Implement, and Monitor Electrical part of multi-stored residential & commercial buildings.
∎ Have looked after all types of AC (including central AC), Chiller, Plumbing, Substation, Generator, Water Pump, Fire Pump, Firefighting system and lift
∎ Perform repair and overall maintenance.
∎ Handling of electrical load as per requirement.
∎ Electrical Cost Estimate & Cost minimization.
∎ Provide entire electrical solutions as per requirement & analyze system failures and suggest appropriate resolutions.
∎ Develop best practices and share with other team members.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors as well as other relevant departments.
∎ Maintain documentation of all engineering tasks performed for future reference purposes.
∎ Maintenance of 100,400 & 800 KVA(Prime) Generator, 750 KVA Transformer, Synchronizing panel HT Switch gear (VCB), LT Switchgear (ACB/MCCB/MCB) and PFI Plant, Manage and Maintain water pump and fire pump
∎ Civil work Maintenance
∎ Maintain administrative tasks with management.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience At least 12 years as Diploma Engineer
∎ Experience At least 05 years as B.Sc. Engineer
∎ Candidates should have practical knowledge on operation & maintenance work of distribution Substation, electrification, and project design, planning, installation/ erection, service/ support works, electrical Safety.
∎ Candidates should have a strong personality, proven leadership & troubleshooting skills & can work under pressure.
∎ Candidates should have good communication skills.
