∎ Completion of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) is required and Diploma in Engineering in one of the Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Civil fields from any recognized Polytechnic Institute. (You must attach a copy of your degree certificate along with your application form.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Five (5) years of working experience in Facility Management such as building maintenance, repair, and construction work, two years of which serving as supervisor.
∎ Good working knowledge in English and fluent in Bangla. This may be tested.
