Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
∎ Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
∎ Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
∎ Oversee training programs to ensure the team’s technical skills are up to date.
∎ Train and mentor, the maintenance staff of the plant to ensure self-reliance in maintaining equipment
∎ Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations.
∎ Optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
