Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Operation Strategy.
∎ Electrical expertise to minimize breakdown within shortest possible time.
∎ Organizing and motivating the maintenance team.
∎ Monitoring and Co-ordinate the activities of maintenance work.
∎ Monitor the electrical spare items and ensure that spare are available in store, also making yearly budget.
∎ Solve critical and intellectual problem.
∎ Analysis of existing machine development.
∎ Preventive maintenance of Electrical Machineries and Ensure the safety standard for man & machine of the Plant.
∎ Having sufficient knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and to implement this effectively.
∎ Developing & maintaining quality standards.
∎ Other ancillary activities as and when required by the management of the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 to 8 year(s) in Steel mill or related industries.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel Mill at Operation & Maintenance.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on CNC machine.
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is a must.

Salary: Negotiable
