Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in EEE/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor the facilities of all electrical load management to take safety measures to prevent electrical hazards.
∎ Make a preventive maintenance schedule and take over the electrical & mechanical work & safety
∎ Make a budget for all electrical & utility spare part's annual costs, and effectively utilizes spare parts and others accessories.
∎ Supervise and monitor HVAC system operation & maintenance. The HVAC system consists of a 2x200TR water-cooled rotary chiller, primary and secondary chilled water pumps, condenser pumps, cooling towers, FCU, AHU, control panels, variable frequency drive, and chilled water, condenser piping system.
∎ Routine and periodic maintenance consists of chiller and condenser pipeline Y strainer cleaning, valves & fittings checking, cooling tower water changed and cleaning, fan coil units’ filters and line strainer cleaning, and other respective electro-mechanical fittings checking and taking necessary action if required.
∎ Supervise and monitor operation & maintenance of central fire detection & protection system viz, protection 1000GPM central fire protection diesel engine drive pump.
∎ Supervise and monitor utility service, water pump, lift/elevator, air conditioner, plumbing works, etc.
∎ Supervise and monitor Transformer, VCB, ACB, HT, LT & PFI Units, MDB, DB, and Diesel generators operation and maintenance.
∎ To be responsible for managing and maintaining updates to the integrated facilities management system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 4 years of Practical Experience in (BSc Engineering)
∎ 7 to 10 years of Practical Experience in (Diploma Engineering) Maintenance Engineering Department.
∎ The applicant’s experience in the following area will get preference: Hospital, Real Estate, and Hotel.
∎ Experience in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
∎ Have good communication & interpersonal skill.
