∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involves directly with mechanics & electricians to do both routine and preventive functions of knit dyeing, fabric finishing, knitting, printing, generator, boiler & compressor machinery
∎ Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment
∎ Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement
∎ Reviews the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and validates reordering when necessary
∎ Tracks & analyzes as well as improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc
∎ Maintains electrical safety as per buyer/BNBC (Accord) requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on various types of textile machineries (Knitting machine, dyeing machine, slitting machine, Stenter machine, compactor machine, sueding machine, printing machine, gas generator, boiler, compressor etc
Salary: Negotiable
