Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Installation/ Erection, mechanical maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of Injection molding machine, extrusion machine, wire cut machine, VMC, CNC, Lathe , Shaper , hydraulic/ power press machine and other heavy machines responding to breakdowns.
∎ Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staff.
∎ Obtaining special components, fixtures and fittings.
∎ Reducing breakdown of machine with proper root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting.
∎ Preparing annual budget for maintenance and CAPEX proposal as per requirement.
∎ Making sure spare requisition on time by co-ordination with inventory management.
∎ Carrying out installation & commissioning works of new machines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of Excel, Word.
∎ Clear concept on Mechanical Design.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Hydraulic & Pneumatic System.
∎ Can work under pressure.
