Additional Requirements
Must have 5 years of work experience with Magnetic Bearing Chiller (preferrable work experience with BROAD brand) system.
Must have time management skills to work within tight deadlines.
Must have good communication skills (both in English and Bangla) to write budget estimates and speak with relevant people.
Must know how to use and maintain mechanical abilities to design complicated heating and cooling systems for different sites.
Monitor and ensure the proper performance of Electro-Mechanical Systems.
Maintain the workloads of the Assistant engineers, foremen, firemen, liftmen and technicians.
Responsibilities & Context
Expert in maintenance of HVAC and Chiller Systems.
Expert in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints.
Adhere to all building codes specifically on Fire & Safety
