Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): manufacturing, industrial heating systems, and electrical control panels, hydraulics & pneumatics.

• Additional Requirements: Basic familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) & HMI used in automated machinery and CNC frameworks.

• The candidate must have strong expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery, including:

  a) Induction melting & heating furnace,

  b) Hydraulic press machines,

  c) CNC lathe, milling, drilling and PLC based machines.

• The applicant should also possess proven leadership ability to build and manage an effective maintenance organization.

• Deserving candidate will be given opportunity for overseas training on factory relevant machines.

• Ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency of all automated & semi-automated production machinery.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of industrial machines.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC system issues.

• Repair and maintain automated production equipment including Induction melting & heating furnace, cutting machines, Hydraulic press machines, CNC lathe, milling, drilling and PLC based machines

• Monitor and diagnose industrial power supply system, sub-station, PFI panel, transformers and relevant equipment.

• Maintain air compressor and other utility equipment coordinating with 3rd party vendor.

• Minimize machine downtime to support uninterrupted production operations.

• Monitor machine performance and implement improvement initiatives for higher productivity and reliability.

• Lead, train, supervise, and develop the maintenance team to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.

• Maintain proper maintenance records, reports, and documentation.

• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure timely maintenance support.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.

• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance resources effectively.

• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new machinery and automation systems.
