Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Master of Science (MSc) in EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication skills, Customer Service, English skill (good at reading, Smart phone repair, speaking), Writing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To detect, maintain and replace mobile phone, issuing inspection result to provide the accurate proof for smart phone change or replacement during guarantee period; issuing maintenance form and repair the products at the agreed time.
∎ To analysis and solve the problem which are getting by the customers, which may be done by software or hardware.
∎ Familiar with electronic components, capable to use electronic instrument to measure components and circuit.
∎ To Implement strictly company maintenance regulation, using maintenance tools properly.
∎ To participate in various training activities and implement repair operation process.
∎ To Maintain 6S, SST standard (service center slandered as per company requirements).
∎ Reporting (Excel work, online based).
∎ To complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advance Excel Knowledge.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the customers.
∎ Strong communication skill; both in English & Bengali.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill.
∎ Work under deadline and pressure.
∎ Computer Literacy with skills (both English & Bangla).
∎ Report writing capacity (both English & Bangla).

Salary: Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
