∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing Artificial leather production line.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Excellent knowledge about machine installation repair and replacement.
∎ Execute preventive maintenance, in coordination with production, for all equipment, utility and production machineries of the plant
∎ Conduct daily pre-production routine check to ensure operational readiness of all production and associate machineries in the production floor
∎ Supervise breakdown maintenance of machineries and equipment in the plant
∎ Prepare maintenance expenditure for each machinery & equipment and recommend major repair or replacement as required
∎ Supervise the work and performance of the other maintenance staff and also maintain discipline within the team
∎ Implement workplace safety policies and standards
∎ Prepare periodic report on machinery breakdown hours
∎ Monitor and maintain equipment and system.
∎ Maintenance thermo, fluid heat transfer machineMaintenance Compressor
