Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating the shipping and transportation of goods and materials.
∎ Negotiating rates and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
∎ Planning and scheduling shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Tracking shipments and ensuring that they are delivered on time and in good condition. 5.
∎ Preparing and managing logistics documentation.
∎ Communicating with customers and vendors to ensure that all logistics needs are met.
∎ Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the logistics function.
∎ Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure that logistics activities support the overall goals of the organization.
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in logistics technology and processes. Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree of any courses
∎ Experience is a plus
∎ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
∎ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Fluency in English is required.
