Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage inventory for all Fan products and ensure proper warehousing of Lighting products with safety and standard stacking practices.
∎ Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory methods with at least 95% accuracy.
∎ Maintain a 3-month buffer stock across raw materials, finished goods, pipeline, depot, and dealer levels based on market demand.
∎ Coordinate with SCM, Production, Marketing, and Management to provide timely stock updates and insights.
∎ Ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of products nationwide.
∎ Resolve delivery-related issues following company policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and control logistics operational expenses within the approved budget.
∎ Oversee proper disposal of scrap, defective, and slow-moving items as per company guidelines.
∎ Maintain effective communication with Factory, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and top management.
∎ Lead, train, and develop logistics and warehouse staff.
∎ Directly manage logistics team members (Officers, Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors & Workers).
∎ Handle and recommend bills, vouchers, overtime, leave, and other admin matters for the Central Warehouse.
∎ Report directly to Head of SCM/Admin and indirectly to other department heads/teams.
∎ Work closely with Management, Factory team, Sales & Marketing, VAT, SCM, and Finance & Accounts.
∎ Coordinate effectively with teams like Sales Support, Product/Marketing, Accounts, Supply Chain, Replacement Service, and MIS involved in distribution.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage inventory and logistics operations for our Fan (Table Fan, Net Fan, Wall Fan, Stand Fan, Half-Stand Fan and Hi-Speed Fan) The ideal candidate will ensure smooth warehousing, distribution, and coordination across departments while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company standards.
