∎ Training/Trade Course: Land Procurement Land Regtration Land Office Activity experienced,Land Surveying,Real State
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Brand Management, Commercial related experience, Construction Procurement Processing, Logistics Management, Organizational Development, Purchase Procurement
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical Skill, Buying House, Civil Engineer, Commercial related experience, Commercial/ Purchase, Construction Material Handling Equipment, Construction Procurement Processing, Development Sector, Export/ Import through L/C, highly proactive
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Buying House, Developer, Inventory/Warehouse, Leasing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka and adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh.
∎ Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities.
∎ Cross communication and collaboration function.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate are having driving license and Experienced in real estate sector in a similar position for at least 10 years are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
