Working experience on the same post in Lithium battery factory

A Lithium Battery Technician assembles, tests, maintains, and repairs lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and packs used in electric vehicles, renewable energy storage systems, and electronics.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Assembly & Production: Assemble battery cells, modules, and packs, and operate manufacturing equipment such as welders, coaters, and testing machinery. [1, 2]

• Testing & Quality Control: Conduct performance, capacity, and resistance tests using battery analyzers, load banks, and multimeters to check charge retention and discharge rates.

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on battery management systems (BMS) and energy storage equipment.

• Data Recording & Analysis: Log production statistics, test outcomes, and maintenance histories to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow strict cleanroom and high-voltage safety protocols due to the chemical and electrical hazards involved in handling lithium cells.
