Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to practical experience in operation, routine check, servicing and maintenance work of Lift, Escalator, AVR with electrification work.
∎ Have to experience in Electrical and Mechanical side maintenance work of Lift & Escalator.
∎ Strong capability to find out defective issue of electromechanical items.
∎ Any electromechanical defective issue must be informed to senior by over phone/written. And have to resolve the instruction by senior.
∎ Have mentality to work at site and office (indoor/outdoor)?
∎ Have to maintain the Register and Log Book maintain for documentation work (maintenance, spare parts consumption and technical status etc.).
∎ Any electromechanical defective issue must be informed to senior by over phone/written. And have to resolve the instruction by senior.
∎ Take the meter reading (Electrical/WASA) as daily/monthly and maintain the register.
∎ To keep clean of electromechanical item with room as daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Practical experience to operation of tools and equipment and have to maintain register as required.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency, even night during holiday time.
∎ Knowledge of safety for related and electrical work.
∎ Effective communication and coordination skills with management, senior, colleagues & projects.
∎ Any Other’s duties as when order by Management.
