Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Graduation with Diploma degree in Information Science and Library Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining serial, records and update library database
∎ Maintaining the circulation system(Issue and Return)
∎ Provide user services, including addressing inquiries and document delivery
∎ Doing bibliographic checks and searches
∎ E-Resource Management
∎ Maintaining news clipping service
∎ Shelving and filing of library materials, including audio-visual materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Internet Browsing skills
∎ Teamwork capability
∎ Good communication skills in English
∎ Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point & Upgrade Version of Windows
∎ Scan documents
∎ Performing other relevant duties as required.
∎ Knowledge on Library Management System
∎ Skills on cataloging and classification of books, reports and documents using library of congress subject descriptors and the Dewey decimal classification system
