Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Library & Information Science.
∎ Experience in relevant field in any reputed institute may be preferred.
∎ Knowledge of Library Management Software and good command in English language is expected.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to the Librarian or any other competent authority assigned by the authority of Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute for his job. The incumbent will also be responsible for any other tasks as assigned to him/her by the concerned authority.

∎ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
∎
∎ Work in Circulation Counter, Reference Services, Data Entry, Accessioning, Cataloguing, and Classifying the Library Materials.
∎ Assist library users in effecting & searching of the Library Catalogue & Online Resources (Books & Journals).
∎ Proper shelving of library materials, record lost items, cleanliness of library etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Punctuality in attendance
∎ Enhancing knowledge and skills in the relevant field
∎ Record of performing activities properly and efficiently.
∎ Cooperative attitude with office colleagues, patients and visitors.
∎ Develop excellent interpersonal skills and rapport with all peers and colleagues,
∎ Carry out other tasks assigned by any other competent authority.

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
