Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for developing/delivering/discussing schedule topics according to the aims & objectives of curriculum.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery.
∎ Evaluate student learning through quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
∎ Stay updated on medical advancements and incorporate evidence-based medicine into teaching.
∎ Ensure students’ academic performance, personal behavioural & developmental records are collected, properly maintained and provide feedback.
∎ Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees.
∎ Support curriculum development and revision.
∎ Provide academic advising and career counselling to students.
∎ Utilize multimedia and technology for effective teaching delivery.
∎ Participate in faculty development programs and workshops.
∎ Contribute to research projects and scholarly activities within the department.
∎ Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives.
∎ Maintain professional certifications and licensures as required.
∎ Collaborate with healthcare institutions for clinical teaching opportunities.
∎ Adhere to institutional policies and guidelines for academic conduct.
