∎ In 2020, we have introduced our new venture in the manufacturing and marketing business of range of quality toiletries items. To foster this initiative, we have set up our manufacturing plant.
∎ Now we are searching for the position of Lead - Purchase & Procurement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 'RIGHT Material at RIGHT Price'
∎ Deal with Vendors Directly, Keep Vendors' Database, Research Potential Vendors
∎ Compare & Evaluate Offers from Suppliers and Bargain/Negotiate to Ensure the Best Competitive Price & Healthy Contract Terms of Agreement
∎ Maintain the Pre-decided Format of Purchase Requisition, Request for Quotation, Comparative Statements, Purchase Order
∎ Personally Gather and Judge the Accurate Market Price of Materials and Conduct a Market Survey when and where necessary
∎ Select Potential Vendors after verifying the selection procedure
∎ Prepare Reports on Purchases, including Cost Analyses and Maintain all Documents, Vouchers and Bills for Audit Department
∎ Keep Updated Internal Stock Report and an eye on Supplier's Stock to Meet the Internal Demand, Ensure timely importation and communication with suppliers
∎ Ensure Time-bound Internal and External Collaboration with Vendors and Internal Parties and Reduce the Lead Time
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the superior management as and when required.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
