Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities by Role
∎ 1. Admin Intern (Platform Operations):
∎ Maintain and update the fintech platform’s database of SMEs and investors. Monitor online activity, ensuring smooth operations for all users. Address technical and administrative queries from users. Prepare weekly reports on platform engagement and growth metrics.
∎ 2. Main Investor Page Intern:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for investor-related queries and support. Ensure investor profiles are accurate and updated with the latest information. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for investor engagement. Track investor activity and provide periodic insights on trends and feedback.
∎ 3. SME Coordination Intern
∎ Build and maintain relationships with SMEs registered on the platform. Assist SMEs in onboarding, profile creation, and navigating the platform. Act as a liaison between SMEs and investors for smooth communication. Gather feedback from SMEs to identify challenges and suggest improvements.
