Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper land measurement and provide actual information to the Management.
∎ Collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with proper market survey.
∎ Checking all types of land measuring documents.
∎ Communicate with the potential landowner and arrange meeting with the Management.
∎ Provide assistance to the superior when & where required.
∎ Able to maintain and develop strong relationship with Government offices such as civil court, union land office, AC land office, Surveyor office, Settlement office, Registration office, DC office and other agencies.
∎ Regular update of existing land documents such as mutation, land taxation etc.
∎ Site visit to search for new land
∎ Contain and Manage exposure and contingent risk
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management.
