Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputable institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate and conduct tests by following SOPs.
∎ Ensure all equipment and accessories are in specified working condition.
∎ Maintain specified environmental condition within the test operation area and sample storage space.
∎ Notify any non-conformities to superiors.
∎ Draft all test raw data and submit for final report preparation.
∎ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral for English & Bangla.
∎ Skilled in MS Excel.
∎ Experience of working in any material testing laboratories will be an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Yearly Increment.
∎ Two Festival Bonuses each equivalent to one full basic salary.
∎ Others as per company policy
