Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored educational counseling for students and parents to make informed academic and career decisions.

Assist students with course selection, career planning, and studying abroad opportunities.

Conduct workshops and seminars on educational topics.

Develop strategies to improve educational systems, liaising with schools and universities.

Help students access scholarships and funding for higher education.

Stay updated with industry trends, new study programs, and educational innovations.

Requirements:

Gender: Female (Preferred)

Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC/Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in education counseling or a related field. Experience in career coaching or studying abroad programs is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with students and parents.

Knowledgeable in both local and international educational systems.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Proactive in providing solutions and advising on career pathways.
