Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory Medicine) from any reputed Organization.
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSC) in (Must be Medical Technology,Pathology Related).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare test samples.
∎ Prepare raw data sheet and tests report
∎ Perform routine and non-routine tests and analyses using the appropriate technical equipment and instruments.
∎ Receive or collects, as well as process, samples, specimens.
∎ Maintain data records.
∎ Calculate test results, and report results using a computer.
∎ Prepare and supervise experiments.
∎ Perform Quality Control and Calibrate equipment if necessary.
∎ Maintain equipment in proper working order and maintain a clean work area.
∎ Process customer-handling techniques.
∎ Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
∎ Handle challenging situations with patient diplomatically.
∎ Present one-self in an appropriate manner. Such as- Dress Code and Personal Hygiene.
∎ To maintain efficient processes and perform tasks associated with specimen collection and handling, to handover to laboratory.
∎ Label and record all test tubes, log Procedures and file paperwork.
∎ Demonstrate knowledge of the order of colour top tube to use, the volume of blood needed and test requirements.
∎ Safety and hygiene Maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under Pressure.
∎ He Must Talk Fluently English And Bangle.
∎ Have Both Speaking power And Written.
∎ Flexible Of Talking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Must have good communication skills.
