∎ Responsible for development, execution, and overall team performance
∎ Training and development support for team members to ensure high competencies and individual development and growth
∎ Analysis of execution by team against business plan and KPIs to identify issues, barriers and best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Clear understanding about Communication, Leadership & Strategic thinking skill
∎ 5+ years of experience in the relevant field
