Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review technical designs and drawings to ensure accurate implementation of HVAC and electrical systems.
∎ Verify materials and bill statements in coordination with the store assistant.
∎ Prepare estimations for bill of quantities (BOQ) and material requisitions.
∎ Supervise ongoing electrical and HVAC construction activities to ensure quality and compliance.
∎ Ensure that all installations strictly follow approved technical drawings and specifications.
∎ Prepare site reports and maintain all related documentation.
∎ Guide and instruct contractors and laborers on health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
