Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out a Poverty & Social Assessment (PSA)
∎ Identify beneficiaries and stakeholders
∎ Assess the existing social characteristics of mobility and transport use
∎ Prepare a gender analysis and if require, propose a gender action plan
∎ Conduct assessment of road safety practices, risk of human trafficking
∎ Identify existing practices detrimental to road safety (use of the Right of Way, unwillingness to wear seatbelts, helmets, etc.)
∎ Prepare relevant chapters and appendixes of the feasibility study report on PSA
∎ Bachelor’s degree in social science or relevant subject
∎ Minimum 5 years of professional experiences
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in social development and familiarity with Land resettlement laws and procedures
∎ Computer Literacy in MS Office and Basic GIS will add additional value
∎ Fluency in Bangali and English
