Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record, and plan maintenance work for heavy construction equipment such as Crane, Trailer, Excavator, Wheel loader, etc.
∎ Arrange repair work for machinery in an efficient way to solve problems fast with least resources
∎ Instruct machine operators and mechanics, Record their attendance
∎ Plan and execute spare parts purchase from local and abroad
∎ Prepare budget of repairing and maintenance regularly
∎ Maintain thorough records and written reports of daily work
∎ Machinery rental related support work, such as collect monthly log sheets and record them into proper format
∎ Fulfill other duties and jobs as assigned by superior

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command in written and spoken English
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach is essential.
∎ Strong networking ability and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under target oriented stressful situations.
∎ Ability to work in stressful outdoor working environments.
∎ Result Oriented Team Work.
∎ Shall be proactive, self-sustained, hard working, honest and responsible.
∎ Shall bear in mind that service work is not time-fixed office work, sometimes it requires instant actions even out of duty time due to unexpected machinery malfunctions or other emergencies.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
