Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Physiotherapy
∎ Internship must be completed

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patient management: Provide clubfoot treatment of clubfoot patients through Ponseti technique and provide proper consultancy to outpatients/referred patients about Clubfoot, Physiotherapy and disability care.
∎ Provide quality treatment to the highest possible levels on assessing, casting and brace follow up phases.
∎ Teach patients and specially their parents about self-care treatment interventions.
∎ Maintain work areas clean, secure and ensure a good maintenance of material at disposal.
∎ Manage clinical risk.
∎ Activities related to Project:
∎ Maintain patient records, clinical report, financial/income report and also update regular clinical database.
∎ Perform as needed daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly clinical reports or any update.
∎ Undertakes field visits to conduct periodic reviews with government counterparts and other partners.
∎ Participate in health, clubfoot & nutrition related training courses as well as facilitates similar courses to staff and govt. and NGO health providers.
∎ Conduct need based clinical sessions on clubfoot, disability and rehabilitation for the technical staffs.
∎ Develop networking relationship/experience with the key stakeholders. Assist in the design of the new activity and the building of partnerships with health stakeholders.
∎ Maintain close coordination with local administration.
∎ Provide support to RED department to implement research & publication.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
