Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper Computer Operating Knowledge-Specially Operating company software.
∎ Working Knowledge on Microsoft Excel-Working with Existing documents or new
∎ documents.
∎ Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
∎ Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
∎ organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary,
∎ creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
∎ Overall monitoring office system and dictations performing an inventory of office
∎ supplies and order of needs.
∎ Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies management, vendor
∎ relations, and facility maintenance.
∎ Coordinate the arrangements of meetings, and events.
∎ Strong work ethic, reliability, and a high level of integrity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Salary Range Will be Negotiable with applicant.
