∎ BBA / Bachelors in Business Management in any discipline from a reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Communication skills, Computer skills, Interpersonal Skills, Target Oriented

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airport Operations, GSA Cargo

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure safety & security of goods at Cargo Village.
∎ Ensure confirmation of Space booking, Gate pass for Cargo upliftment.
∎ Receive complete AWBL from agents and provide timely capture AWBL, Manifest and ULD loading information in CHORUS system for Cargo upliftment.
∎ Monitor Weighing, Re-weighing, Scanning and loading of Cargo. Supervise cargo assistants in ensuring Cargo is loaded as per Cargo load plans.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Shipper/agent for Cargo handover to Thai Airlines.
∎ Send Pre-alert to Ground Handling Unit.
∎ Complete all Pre and Post flight briefing and related activities accurately.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Dhaka Customs / CAAB/ BAFFA.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing standard customer services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of relevant experience in online GSA Cargo Operation.
∎ Experience in recurring correspondence, liaison with foreign agents/airlines
∎ Possess up-market standards of proficiency in Business Communication and English.
∎ Proficient in computer applications; eg. Microsoft Excel, Word, International GSA systems, etc.
