∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Smooth Supply of Necessary goods.
∎ Process Purchas requisition/Order within Purchase Authority.
∎ Collect Price quotation and ensure the effective negotiation for all purchase.
∎ Communicate With Local existing suppliers and develop new sources for economy purchase.
∎ Coordinate With Suppliers for Smooth delivery of goods and services.
∎ Develop alternative source for single vendor and also for other item for price Competitiveness.
∎ Follow procurement and purchasing procedures for the business.
∎ Build and develop relationship with key suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Extensive negotiation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
