Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any reputed recognized university / BBA preferably with a major in Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet all customers with appropriate manners & courtesy.
∎ Identify patient correctly by name, Patient ID and age/Date of birth.
∎ Make liaison with corporate clients for smooth transaction time to time and give feedback to the authority.
∎ Receive, check and sign for floats, key and other paperwork as required for operating a point of payment.
∎ Inform the patient about the amount due; process the transaction in appropriate manner.
∎ Prepare invoices for registration, consultation, investigations.
∎ Ensure accountability for the safekeeping of the cash float.
∎ Listen to the patient queries / complaint and address the issue by him self/her self.
∎ Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to them by supervisor/Authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Typing skill minimum 15-20 Word per Minute in English.
∎ Billing skill (Registration, consultation, investigations, & others).
∎ Should have good command in English & Bangla
∎ Should be energetic, self-disciplined, initiative taker, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and committed to the job.
∎ Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable
