Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Good command over MS Office Package

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering audit, Engineering Documentation, Planning and Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare project proposal or quotation which may include both technical and financial proposal
∎ To prepare and keep record of general official documents for different projects
∎ To compile different types of audit/inspection report according to the information provided by engineering team
∎ To coordinate between construction, design and inspection team by maintaining proper schedule and convey the information to management
∎ Assist the design team in commissioning of Engineering Inspection, Detailed Engineering Assessments (DEA) for different types of Industrial/garments building
∎ Assist in estimation of RCC and Steel structures, cost analysis and budgeting
∎ Monitoring of ongoing projects and provide progress report to the management in a timely fashion.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females candidates with excellent interpersonal skill are preferred
∎ Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability with good communication and coordination and time management skill.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 14000 (Monthly)
