Education:
∎ Graduate with Diploma in Library and Information Science, or Diploma in Computer Science.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge of Internet browsing, and downloading the resources.
∎ Should have an accurate typing speed of 40 wpm.
∎ Assist in a variety of office activities as per requirement.

∎ Department: National Professor Dr Nurul Islam Library, and BBMH Record Room.
∎ Position: Junior Library Executive
∎ Job Context: Applications are invited for the position of Junior Library Executive for National Professor Dr Nurul Islam Library, and BBMH Record Room with following terms and conditions:
∎ Job responsibilities:
∎ Operate the computer and other equipment of the Library/Record Room.
∎ Assist in implementing a dieselized library/record management system. Process the data, and taking backup of the database as a daily basis.
∎ Generate the report on a weekly basis, and send it to the supervisor. Apart of this following job should accomplished in these positions:
∎ Maintaining record books of the resources and documents.
∎ Maintaining the automation devices, and assisting students and teachers to use them.
∎ Assisting regular maintenance of computers, IT equipment, photocopier, and making available supplies, e.g. toner, printer ribbon, blank card for ID, cartridge, paper, etc.
∎ Scanning the records as per instruction of the supervisor, maintaining them, and distributing as per instruction.
∎ Maintaining automation, access-controlled devices, software, and data.
∎ Taking fingerprints of the user and preparing digital cards for the users.
