Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Bachelor of Architecture from IAB accredited leading public and private universities.
∎ • Registered professional with Institute Of Architecture is preferred;
∎ • Must be proficient in Autodesk REVIT software;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Deliver Construction Drawings, Conceptual Design work and Presentations;
∎ • Should have independent ability to run multiple projects and have prior experience of having worked on leading projects towards total delivery from concept to completion;
∎ • Should be able to work flexibly with teams of Architects, Landscape designers, Horticulturists & Engineers to deliver work;
∎ • Plan, design, and implement landscaping projects for parks, gardens, and streetscapes;
∎ • Must have the ability to deliver drawings and graphic rendered outputs for 2D and 3D, ability to hand-sketch would be an added advantage;
∎ • Able to select appropriate plant species based on climate, soil conditions, and aesthetic preferences;
∎ • Should have knowledge of Building Design Codes, Landscaping related code, local code & plant species;
∎ • Overseeing and managing compliance with BIM standards and TQM requirements;
