Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, disciplined and qualified fitness professionals to join our Gymnasium team. The role involves guiding members in achieving their fitness goals through proper training, supervision and motivation while ensuring a safe and professional workout environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with workout plans and demonstrate proper exercise techniques
- Supervise gym floor activities to ensure safety and discipline
- Provide basic fitness assessments and support personalized training programs
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of gym equipment
- Motivate members to achieve fitness goals and maintain consistency
- Support senior instructors in advanced training sessions and programs
