Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public/private university or equivalent, with a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and in SSC & HSC minimum CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00.
∎ Third-division or equivalent results in any examination will not be accepted.
∎ Candidates with English medium (O & A Level) background or foreign degree with Graduation will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Passenger dealing
∎ Check-In & Boarding
∎ Working in the Ramp area to maintain a safe & on-time flight
∎ Load & trim preparation
∎ Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair and any other special needs of passengers.
∎ Ensuring excellent customer services are extended to the customer
∎ Taking care of the physically challenged passenger
∎ Monitoring mishandled baggage issues
∎ Assisting customers depending on the situation
∎ Taking care of passenger baggage and incoming/outgoing cargo
∎ All types of report preparation as per rules & regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Height: Female- 160 CM (5'3") Minimum
∎ Male-170 CM (5'7") Minimum
∎ Weight: Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18.5-25.0).
∎ No affidavit will be accepted.
∎ Eyesight: 6/6, No color blind. Spectacle not accepted (Lasik may be considered for highly deserving candidate).
∎ Language Skill: Fluent in English & Bengali (both written & spoken)
∎ Medical Fitness: Good physical health and medically fit to meet Customer Service requirements
∎ Physical Appearance: Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the visible part of the body
∎ Attitude & Bearing: Must be very good looking, clean shaved(for male), alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures.
