Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ E-Commerce Order Management (Primary responsibility)
∎ Receive orders from customers through telephone / Facebook/ Roopkthabd.com Website and ensure delivery.
∎ Analyze and approve all pending orders.
∎ Complete documentation for each order and send to E-Commerce Warehouse for pick n pack
∎ Manage outgoing calls and verify orders.
∎ Resolve customer queries and note customer feedback for delivery confirmation.
∎ Regular follow up with outbound logistics (shipping company) to ensure doorstep delivery
∎ Ensure customers' invoice collection and prepare accounts payable.
∎ Prepare logistics, delivery & sales analysis reports for the management.
∎ Manage products return process
∎ Proactively resolve order related or payment related issues by coordinating with concerned stakeholders.
∎ Ensure on time order delivery.
∎ Obtaining new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites/facebook page etc.
∎ Should be able to create and maintain client database.
∎ Able to do telemarketing efficiently and effectively.
∎ Ensure product promotion through telephone.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with great strategy for creating the desired client.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
∎ Have to fill up daily, weekly and monthly goal or target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): E-Commerce website management (wordpress based), Product entry/delete from website, Category input/delete, order management, product shipment management etc
∎ Minimum 6 months experience in this field.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Basic training on website operation will be given. But the candidate must be computer literate enough to take that training.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining the clients.
∎ Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of e- commerce platform/websites will be preferred.
∎ Good capability in Excel and MS Office.
∎ Having excellent command English & Bengali writing and speaking.
