∎ Maintains purchase register on a regular basis.
∎ Coordinates with the Audit Office for verification and price justification.
∎ Performs market survey on a random sample basis.
∎ Ensure timely procurement
∎ Implement plans, programs and projects in promoting purchase and procurement activities of the university.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoice
∎ Performs other related functions assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 to 2 years in Relevant Field.
