Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
∎ Track all incoming and outgoing calls and report to management
∎ Receive document, letter, message time to time and handover those document to correspondent person.
∎ To manage and update telephone directory of the organization.
∎ Dealing with Guest/visitor, delegate management, messaging and reminders for concerned.
∎ Other tasks assign by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years working experience in any reputed industry/Group of Company.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
