Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understanding & learning of beauty & personal care products.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
∎ Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products.
∎ Maintaining regular follow-up with customers to ensure the retention ratio.
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with call volume and sales.
∎ Responding to customer queries and complaints and issues.
∎ Working with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
∎ Engage in any other relevant tasks delegated by Team Leader/Department Head.
